What this website collects, why, and the choices you have — including how to switch analytics off.

This site has no contact form. The buttons and links that say "Request a quote", "Request datasheet", "Email us" and similar open a message in your own email software, addressed to us and with a subject line filled in. Nothing reaches us unless you write the message and send it. The same is true of telephone links, which simply dial.
When you do write to us, we hold your message and your email address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. We use it to reply, and for nothing else.
The newsletter field in the footer is disabled. It accepts no address and stores nothing.
Our hosting records a standard server log of each request: the network (IP) address it came from, the date and time, the page requested, the page that referred you, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
We use PostHog for product analytics. Requests to it are routed through this website's own address rather than PostHog's, which is worth stating plainly: it means privacy tools that block third-party trackers generally will not block it. The Global Privacy Control signal described below will.
Through PostHog we record:
No person profile is created. PostHog is configured to build a profile only for a user the site identifies, and this site never identifies anyone — there is nothing to log in to. The records above describe a visit, not a person, and we hold nothing that turns one into the other.
We also use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC. It receives the same page views and the same two contact and outbound-link events, together with Google's standard measurement of device, browser, approximate location and how you reached the site. Google processes this under its own terms; see Google's privacy policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Finally, when a page fails on our server the error is reported to PostHog under a single identifier shared by every such report. It records what broke and which address was requested. It is not connected to your visit or to any of the records above.
This site does not show a cookie banner. That is a deliberate decision rather than an oversight, and this section is what stands in its place: a plain account of what is stored and a control that actually switches it off.
Clearing site data in your browser removes all of the above. Blocking it does not stop the site working — nothing here depends on it.
And what we do not do with it. We do not use it for advertising or retargeting. We do not enrich it with data bought from anyone else, and we do not look up your organisation from your network address. We do not score visitors as sales leads, and we make no automated decision about you.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing — which, as above, we do not do — and to complain to your data protection authority. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA; residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have them under the GDPR.
One honest limitation. Because this site does not identify its visitors, the analytics records described above are not linked to a name, an account or an email address, and in the ordinary case we have no way to find the records belonging to a particular person — which means we usually cannot action an access or deletion request against them. We can, and will, act on requests about correspondence you have sent us, because that is information we hold about an identifiable person.

We are based in the United States, and both analytics providers process data there. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the information described above is transferred to and processed in the United States.
This site sells industrial materials to engineers and procurement teams. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Where a change is material we will say so here rather than leaving you to compare versions.
